The foundation for future learning is laid in the SABIS^® Runda Lower School using the SABIS^® Educational System. Dedicated teachers look after the needs of each student and ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported.

During these early years, children become more aware of themselves and the world around them. We believe that in this period if children develop a positive attitude towards learning, then the foundation for academic achievement is laid.

For our students in the Lower School (grades 2 to 4), the SABIS^® Runda curriculum continues to develop a well-balanced and solid foundation of knowledge in the core subjects of English, mathematics, and science. Students completing the SABIS^® Runda Lower School will have gained mastery of basic concepts and core knowledge and will be well-equipped to handle the more conceptual learning expected in later grades where they will be expected to adapt to changes in the curriculum and teaching methods.

The SABIS^® Runda Lower School Program balances academic progress with developing social, physical, and emotional maturity. Art, music, and P.E. classes also contribute to stimulating a healthy, eager and happy attitude toward future learning.
