Admission Process

To initiate the admission process, SABIS® International School – Runda must receive the completed enrollment documents listed below:

  1. Application for Admission Form
  2. Student Medical Form and Vaccination Report

In case acceptance is granted, the parents will then be required to complete the additional school forms listed below, as well as submit a Clearance Letter from the student’s previous school (if applicable). Acceptance is subject to the submission of this Clearance Letter (if applicable).

  1. SABIS® Digital Platform (SDP) Form
  2. Guarantee Form
  3. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Authorization Form
  4. Uniform Selection Form
  5. Transport Request Form (if required)
  6. Meals Request Form (if required)

Children with a Dependent's Pass through their parents are no longer exempt, unless at least one of their parents has Diplomatic status.

School Tour

Families are encouraged to visit the school for a tour of the campus and talk with our admission staff. Appointments can be made by contacting the school administration.

There is no application deadline, but it is recommended that the admission process be initiated early on. Applications are accepted but place offers are granted based on spaces available throughout the school year. Please note that there is no “joining fee” on the first occasion of going through the admission process.

Admission Decisions

Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria for admission include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the ability of SABIS® Runda to accommodate the needs of the candidate.

Please note that, in order to complete the registration, the above-mentioned documents should be presented upon initiation of the admission process in support of the application. A final admission decision cannot be made without this information.

Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved.
